1. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services (Search Engine Optimization, Digital Marketing, Web Design, and Development) and the immediate allocation of resources, labor, and software costs upon project commencement, all payments made are non-refundable.
Once a payment is received in our bank account, it is considered a final purchase of our professional time and expertise.
2. Service Commencement
Work begins immediately after the initial payment or deposit is confirmed. Because our services are based on manual labor and customized strategy, we cannot “return” the hours already spent on your project. Therefore:
- No refunds will be issued for “change of mind” or “change of project scope.”
- Payments for monthly retainers (SEO, Ad Management) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
3. Web Design & Development
For web design projects, payments are often split into milestones. Once a milestone is reached and payment is made, that portion of the fee is non-refundable. This ensures that our designers and developers are compensated for the work completed up to that date.
4. Client Responsibilities
Our ability to deliver results depends on client cooperation (providing access, assets, and approvals). A lack of communication or delay on the client’s part does not constitute a reason for a refund.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your ongoing services at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any payments already processed. Upon cancellation, we will stop all future work and cease further billing cycles.
